OUR STORY

At Prime Properties, we didn't start as just another property management company—we were born from passion and personal experience. As property investors ourselves, we began by managing our own investments, perfecting every detail of the guest experience, and maximizing returns. Soon, word spread. Other property owners noticed our results and reached out, asking us to manage their homes. That’s when we made the decision to take property management full-time, but with a difference.
